With 14,000 square feet of indoor space and 13 beautiful acres of outdoor property, we offer the perfect setting for any celebration, gathering, or corporate function. Whether you’re planning a company picnic, holiday party, prom, birthday, reunion, or community event, our venue provides a versatile and elevated experience for your guests.

Every event booking includes exclusive access to the entire venue and grounds on the day of your event, so you can create a truly personalized experience. Here’s what you’ll have at your fingertips:
Event Spaces
- Two separate spaces that are connected by the patio area with ample room for dining, dancing, or presentations
- Outdoor gazebo area nestled by a peaceful pond
- Large covered patio perfect for cocktail hour or mingling
- Outdoor patio with fire pits – ideal for evening ambiance or cool-weather events

- 20 72” round tables, 12 8-ft and 6 6-ft rectangular tables
- 200 chiavari chairs with cushions for indoor use
- 200 folding chairs with cushions for indoor/outdoor use
- Full setup and teardown of tables and chairs to match your event layout
- Two portable bars
- Free WiFi throughout the venue
- Ample guest parking on lighted gravel lots
- ADA-compliant restrooms for women and men

- Dressing room suite with a private bathroom, vanity, and full-length mirror
- Lounge with leather couches, a TV, and mini bar – great for event prep or relaxing
- Large caterer’s prep kitchen with professional equipment: double ovens, food warmers, Sub-Zero coolers, ice machine, triple sink, and portable prep tables
- Access to decor items from our decor room
- Stage for live bands, DJs, speakers, or ceremonies
- WAE team member on-site during your event for facility access and assistance
- 15 cocktail tables available on the covered patio

Pricing
Non-wedding events can be based upon full day rental pricing or hourly rate pricing.
Hourly rates are based upon a 3 hour minimum.
Availability for hourly rentals is known closer to the event date due to non-interference with full day rentals.
